The Pastor’s Daily Minute Vol.6

Monday, April 8, 2024 --- Ecclesiastes 3:1 To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Thought of the Day: This is a new day that God has made for you. A new season in your life start starts today. The question is how you will use this new day that God has given you in life. You see each day is a new chapter in your life. How do you want others to read this chapter of your life? You must decide how you want to live today with God or the world?

Tuesday, April 9, 2024 --- Ecclesiastes 3:5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

Thought of the Day: Has you spent much to much of your life gather stones in life. Those stones of pain, anger, frustration, and disappointment in life. Have you allowed those stones to burden your life and steal your joy. Then today is the day to allow God to throw those stones away for you. Then take a moment today and talk with God about the weight of those stones in your life.

Wednesday, April 10, 2024 --- John 11:35 Jesus wept

Thought of the Day: The shortest verse in the Bible shows the love and compassion of God. This verse helps us to understand that Christ felt the pains of those that He loved and cared for in life. This verse is a reminder that whatever you might be facing today Christ cares about it as well.

Thursday, April 11, 2024 --- Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

Thought of the Day: As Peter stated in this passage, things of the world I do not have in life. I have no silver or gold that you might think is important in life. I have Christ which is far better that anything this world has to offer. As this day goes by offer a smile and a simple prayer to those you meet today. It might be that smile and prayer that changes that person life today.

Friday, April 12, 2024 --- Acts 3:8 And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

Thought of the Day: A kind word and little encouragement might just change a person life today. It never hurts to offer a hand to person in need. Will you allow God to use you today for His glory?

Saturday, April 13, 2024 --- Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.

Thought of the Day: How is your patience today with the Lord. As this day starts remember to just ask God to be patient with you. You might get a little busy today but never get to busy to talk with God. As you sit at desk, in your car or at the lunch table learn to talk to God. While you are talking with Him learn to be patient as, He answers your prayer request. God works on His timetable not our timetable.
